Are you a dancer seeking to enhance your strength and power whilst staying injury free? Would you like to incorporate weight training into your routine but are unsure of how to begin? Then this program is for you!
With over 10 years of experience as both a dancer and personal trainer, I have successfully guided numerous dancers through various stages of their careers, helping them to develop lasting strength essential for longevity and improved performance. I have compiled some of my favorite exercises specifically for dancers into one comprehensive program.
What’s Included in the Program:
6 Traditional Strength Training Sessions: These sessions progressively build up over a 12-week period.
6 Unique Follow-Along Strength Flows: A synergy of yoga and strength training designed for dancers.
5 Follow-Along Mobility Sessions (30 minutes each): Focus on enhancing flexibility and strength at the end range of motion.
3 Quick Mobility Sessions (10 minutes each): Ideal for a rapid warm-up or cool-down.
Equipment Needed:
This program can be adapted for home workouts, utilizing minimal equipment. However, I highly recommend investing in weights or resistance bands to maximize the effectiveness and benefits of the training.
